Often Imitated. Never Duplicated.

A team with Momentum

Founded by Adam Rogers in 2011, The Dayton Barbell club began as a once, weekly Olympic weightlifting workshop. Over the years, the club has settled on several incarnations, developing the eye of several coaches alongside athletes. Since Holley Mangold took the helm in October 2017, the club has expanded to a USAW registered club with 5 coach-supervised training sessions per week.  The goal has also changed, from teaching the lifts to competing in the sport, and global domination.
