Dayton Strength and Conditioning is a training facility located in the heart of Beavercreek Ohio. Close to Wright Patterson Air force base and Downtown Dayton, and accessible via the Creekside Trail bike path, our gym is a central location that serves a diverse population of Miami Valley athletes.


Our space is 5000 sq. ft.  

The lower level is home to The Dayton Barbell club - lifting platforms, competition bars, and competition plates are available.   

The upper level, our Functional Space, is a multi-use area where group classes occur.
